Yes, we offer customization and personalization options for our jewelry, allowing customers to create unique pieces that reflect their individual style. CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DESIGN OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ONE?

Customers can request specific designs or modifications to existing ones, working closely with our team to bring their vision to life. Your custom piece will be sold in our shop with your own story. Please note that customization will take longer due to the design process from the beginning.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in our brand and would like to purchase our stylish pieces, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to find a way for you to get your hands on MINE JEWELRY.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and production time within 30 business days (6 weeks). Once shipped, customers can expect to receive their orders within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted to order, ensuring a unique creation tailored specifically for each customer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Currently, we do not offer order tracking. However, we are working on providing tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email in the near future. 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY?

Our delivery takes about 5 – 7 business days. For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt with images and a detailed description. You have 7 days to return an item from the date received, and it must be unused, unfilled, and in original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRYy?

Gently clean your jewelry with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Gently rub jewelry with a soft toothbrush and liquid washing-up liquid under lukewarm water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Clean your jewelry regularly to maintain its shine and prevent buildup of dirt and oils. For frequently worn pieces, a weekly cleaning is recommended.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JEWELRY?

Store your jewelry separately from each other preferably in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Avoid exposing gemstone jewelry to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or harsh chemicals. 

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN WATER OR WHILE EXERCISING?

It is recommended to remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing, or doing household chores to prevent damage from water and chemicals.

How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
